Consistent Sharpness Throughout the Process
According to accredited laboratory results, the diamond tip, 1,000 uses compared to sapphire approximately 2× higher sharpness performance compared to sapphire. This supports a more controlled and predictable cutting feel from the very first incision.

15x the edge life of a
In rubber material testing; sapphire 6,000 sharpness in use compared to diamond’s 90,000 sharpness in use were measured within the same range . This data indicates that approximately 15× longer sharpness performance range.
The World's Hardest Material, Custom-Designed with Micron-Level Precision
Appsilon’s robust technology infrastructure, over $25 million in total investment and R&D presence in two countries—Turkey and the Netherlands (TR + NL) enables scalable growth; serving various application areas including while leveraging the diamond’s superior wear resistance at level 10 as one of the core components of its performance.

Our Journey in Technology
Founded in Istanbul in 2016
Appsilon was founded in Istanbul with a focus on advanced materials technologies and laid the groundwork for R&D in CVD diamond production there.2021Headquarters/R&D facility in Delft, Netherlands
In 2021, a headquarters and R&D facility were established in Delft to strengthen the research ecosystem and partnerships in Europe.2021: Vertical integration from reactorto diamond production
That same year, vertical integration—ranging from reactor development to diamond growth—was completed; end-to-end process control and quality management were fully implemented.2025Medical-Grade Diamond Technology
Diamond FUE technology was developed. It was adopted by over 20 hair transplant clinics that same year.
